Take care, GaryPosted on GoogleJeri Lyn EgbertI was in Toronto for a conference and had items printed further away from the convention center and I needed the items for and event we were hosting in in the evening. I called VW Express looking for a courier that could pick the items up and deliver to me in time. They gave me what I felt was a reasonable quote for quick turn around service and delivered the items to me in the guaranteed 9- minutes. Saving the day for me.

The entire experience was white glove for a delicate pickup and delivery of a lot of expensive company property that needed to be recovered from a recently dismissed employee who wasn't making things easy. Lennox was a knowledgeable professional who worked with me, patiently, provided great service and solutions, and made the entire process smooth and frictionless. They have the people, experience and equipment to get it done right, delivery was fast and secure, and the rates were completely reasonable. This is my new go-to GTA delivery and pickup service for all situations.

Best regards, The VW Express TeamPosted on GoogleDarren LacyI can't say enough good things. I called today looking for a same day courier to pick up an envelope from a client in Hamilton and deliver to downtown Toronto. I called at 1pm. I spoke to Lennox, who was excellent. He arranged the driver, and set it in motion. Phone call took 10 minutes tops. First client asks to delay pickup, Lennox accomodates and then driver arrives and my client still isn't home. Lennox makes arrangements for the driver to wait 30 min longer. Gracious the entire time, despite me being a huge PITA with this wonky client. Driver delivers on time, Lennox even calls me to confirm the details. Super professional, trustworthy and competent. I don't courier alot, but 100% will use him again if needed. Over the moon about my experience. Cost? Affordable and for what I asked of him, a steal.

“Thanks to the determination of your driver, our proposal did get to our client in time, as a result we were able to clinch the deal. On Tuesday my boss drove to Windsor and did a presentation and on the strength of that proposal we got a Purchase order. I have been telling everyone this story and advise them if they need a good courier to look to your team.”

Original Six Marketing Ltd
“This was the first time I had used VW Express for any delivery as my company is based in Vancouver, British Columbia. That being said, I have to do deliveries out east all the time and will not hesitate to use VW Express again. Not only did they deliver my package on time (as best they could considering the “other couriers” mess), but they followed up with me, stayed late on a Friday to try and accommodate my needs, as well as did final follow ups to ensure everything was done. Absolutely blown away, and an absolute pleasure to have someone have the same attention to detail for my business as their own.”

“This was our first time using VW Express for a rush delivery to multiple locations along the outskirts of the GTA. They were professional, extremely accommodating, and more importantly, they delivered the packages on time. We would absolutely use their services again.”

FrontStream Inc.
“VW Express is an absolutely stellar team of professionals! We found ourselves in a shipping bind with a major carrier that had delayed a shipment of promotional items that we needed on hand for the single largest Canadian tradeshow on our event calendar. VW Express was not only incredibly responsive and professional but, given that this was our first time doing business with them, they made sure that we had a clear understanding of every step of the process to ensure that the delivery was completed smoothly. All of the anxiety that had built up after a week of dealing with our carrier melted away the moment I knew our shipment was in VW’s hands. Literally and figuratively; they deliver! After this experience, I have complete confidence in VW Express and it gives me great peace of mind knowing exactly who to turn to for anything we might need in the future! ”
